27-013 Online Assessment & Data Management System

Grade Level: K-12

The Bridgeton Board of Education, which serves over 6,000 students, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified respondents to provide an online assessment and data management system for the district (K-12).

The company shall provide
- Online assessments for all content areas and grade levels K-12 such as benchmarks, progress monitoring and screeners aligned with NJSLS standards, as well as the ability to upload the district assessments and create customized assessments.
- Management system to include integration of data points from State and District platforms that can be incorporated with customizable reports.
- Data Analysis Reports that are customizable include reports that identify trends and patterns in longitudinal data, as well as subgroup analysis reports to assist with intervention management.
- Customer Support, as well as teacher professional development.
- Professional development for administrators and teachers
- Intervention Management with student grouping placement, goal setting and progress monitoring, case management and collaboration.
