RFP# RFP-DACA-NP-25-001 Student Information System

The Colorado Charter School Institute (CSI) is a statewide charter school authorizer overseeing 45 schools and over 20,000 students. CSI is seeking an Offeror-hosted Student Information System (SIS) to support interested CSI schools in system administration and enhance consistency and accuracy in data reporting. In addition, the SIS must support all Colorado Department of Education (CDE) reporting requirements. CSI invites proposals from qualified Offerors for a K–12 SIS solution to be hosted by the Offeror and managed by CSI. The selected system must offer robust student data management tools, full support for CDE reporting requirements, and scalable multi-school deployment. CSI will oversee system administration, district-level user access, and training, and will look to the Offeror for implementation, options for data conversion, SIS hosting, technical support, and additional training.
