Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) is a K-12 public school district in Fort Bend County serving a student enrollment of over 78,000. The district seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modern, integrated Professional Learning and Evaluation System. The current contract is expiring, and the District requires a future-ready solution that serves all employees, maintains current functionality, expands capabilities for scalability, data-driven decision-making, and compliance, and integrates seamlessly with FBISD's enterprise systems. The solution must enhance performance evaluation processes, support Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) management, be highly configurable, support multiple employee groups, and meet Texas-specific compliance requirements.
