(RFP) 23-052ED Data Analytics and Assessment Platform

Fort Bend ISD is exploring options for a comprehensive, web-based data analytics system to report on national, state, and local assessments. The system should allow for imported results in the standard data file formats from national and state assessments and the creation, administration, and scoring of locally created assessments.

The system should support a variety of item types, including the new technology-enhanced question types reflected in the STAAR redesign. The system should support scoring items and assessments using locally created rubrics or proficiency scales and the capability to align assessments and items to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Accessibility features such as text-to-speech (TTS), zoom/text-resize, highlighters, and line readers are essential to meet the diverse needs of students with required accommodations.
