Fort Bend Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud hosted ITIL compliant Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) Platform.

Additional modules that will be considered in vendor proposals include IT Operations Management, IT Custom Applications/Project Portfolio Management, HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Base, HR Employee Onboarding Management, and HR Virtual Agent (chatbot).
