Inquiry Charter School, serving approximately 270 students, is seeking proposals for the acquisition and implementation of a comprehensive emergency response and notification system designed to enhance safety and emergency preparedness within the school.

The desired system should support a “one-touch” alert capability that enables rapid communication throughout the building in the event of emergencies such as fires or lockdown situations. An ideal system should be capable of broadcasting alerts via multiple channels, including:
● Text messages displayed on LED signs
● Pre-recorded voice announcements
● Automated emails
● Smartphone app notifications
● Visual alerts such as strobes
● Automatic door locking
