23BV032P5 Special Education Platform IEP / 504 / Medicaid / HCP

Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide a Special Education Platform for completing Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan (504), Medicaid Billing and Reimbursement (Medicaid), and optional Health Care Plan (HCP).

Mandatory Minimum Requirements can be found on pages 9-15.

Please note: The HCP is optional in that JSD may or may not purchase this module.

RYE Note: JSD has been using GoalView since 2002 for our IEP, and EasyTrac for our Medicaid Billing system since 2021. JSD does not have a system for 504 Plans or for HCP.

JSD’s Student Information System (SIS) is Skyward SIS. JSD’s current Special Education Platform integrates with Skyward SIS.

It is anticipated that the awarded Offeror’s Special Education Platform will initiate implementation and training by July 1, 2023, with full implementation by August 1, 2023.
