#23-006(RC) Evaluation & Support System & Professional Development Management System

The San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) requests interested parties to submit proposals for “Evaluation & Support System & Professional Development Management System".
This system will be used to collect and evaluate data – including but not limited to Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) and Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) and their results, all other non-certified staff evaluations, and results. The system will need to determine teacher and principal performance and growth. The system will need to use functionality that enables administrators to identify specific areas of focus on educator development using domain and dimension rubrics. The system will need to track, process and measure growth of all non-certified staff.
The PDMS will manage the professional learning of our teachers and staff. Primary functions of the Professional Development Management System will be to host a comprehensive professional development tracking and documentation system that integrates various learning platforms, tracks, and manages staff trainings in multiple formats and provides a robust and customizable reporting tool. The system will provide a mobile application and mobile-friendly viewing features to support various types of learning formats
and accessibility
RYE Note: The contract shall be valid for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, based upon the original terms, conditions and pricing if mutually agreeable by both parties. Should the District opt to exercise any renewal option years, the District reserves the right to re-negotiate pricing for potential cost savings during subsequent renewal periods.
