Consulting Services- Strategic Planning Consultant

Grade Level: 9-12

Township High School District 211, the largest high school district in the state of Illinois, serving more than 12,000 students is seeking a consultant/firm to facilitate the strategic planning process that will design the mission, values, and goals for the school district for the next five years and beyond.

Suggested areas for consideration, community input and prioritization within the strategic plan could include: mission and value statement; community connections; financial, facility and\ technology planning; academic preparedness; equity (based on the District 211 Equity Plan which includes both school- and District-level components); and student wellness.
While District 211 seeks the consultant’s recommendations regarding the best process to develop a strategic plan, the organization envisions the scope of work being completed in the following stages:
Stage 1: Vision and Goal Setting
Stage 2: Research and Evaluation
Stage 3: Creation of Plan and Statement of Work
