Union County Schools, serving nearly 4,000 students, needs a comprehensive college and career readiness framework designed to prepare students, particularly those historically underrepresented in higher education, for success in college, careers, and beyond. The framework should close achievement gaps by fostering a college-going culture and providing students with the skills, support, and opportunities necessary to thrive in rigorous coursework.
