The Columbia-Montour AVTS, serving over 600 students in grades 9-12, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to review and evaluate our current Comprehensive Career and Technical Education (CTE) model. The goal is to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of our current approach and to explore alternative models (e.g., half-day, alternating-day, or other scheduling formats) that better serve our students and partner sending schools.
7-2526 Time & Attendance Software

Spokane Public Schools, serving over 30,000 students, is the largest school district in Eastern Washington and the second-largest district in the state. The district is in search of a Timekeeping and Attendance tracking solution to replace the current system (Timecard Online) being used in the District. The expectation is that the selected solution will increase efficiency by providing system workflows and real-time insights into employee time and attendance. The district needs a system that allows time and attendance to be tracked accurately, keeps the District in compliance with federal and state laws, has reliable data integrity and provides critical system visibility that is understandable at a glance. The selected solution must also integrate seamlessly with the District’s ERP solution (PowerSchool BusinessPlus) and sub-calling solution (Red Rover).
26-13 (Mobile Device Classroom Management Solution)

The Arlington ISD, currently serving over 54,000 students, is seeking a contract for cloud-based solutions to provide classroom teachers with real-time abilities to monitor and control student sessions on a variety of devices, including Chromebooks, iPads, and both Windows 11 and MacOS computers.

The Washoe County School District, serving over 64,000 students, is soliciting formal proposals from qualified firms whose instructional materials have been approved for adoption by the Nevada State Board of Education (NDE) for comprehensive high school Algebra 1, Algebra 2, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, Geometry, and Precalculus/Trig, that will serve as a basis of core instruction.

The Salt Lake City School District, which serves over 23,000 students, is issuing this Request for Proposal to solicit a vendor to provide a social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum for use within the District. This curriculum should be designed for high school students (grades 9-12) and offer both online and hard-copy options. This curriculum will promote one of our Board of Education’s priorities to “promote our students’ social, emotional, and academic learning.”
