RFP 3197 School Nutrition Management Software System Implementation and Maintenance

Roanoke City Public Schools is a progressive urban school division serving the City of Roanoke, Virginia. RCPS operates 26 school kitchens serving approximately 13,700 students daily through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals for the purchase of a comprehensive, web-based, School Nutrition Management Software System for the School Board of the City of Roanoke. The selected system must be fully operational and ready for use for the 2026–2027 School Year.
The School Nutrition Department requires a modern, integrated software solution to support point-of-sale operations, meal eligibility, menu planning, production, inventory, financial accountability, and communication with families.
The Gallup-McKinley County School District, serving 12,000 students district-wide, desires to contract Student-Based hands-on College and Career/CTE Curriculum for Elementary, Middle, and High schools to include all supplies and materials.
Offeror is required to provide:
1) Professional Development and Training – The Offeror shall provide professional development opportunities in both virtual and on-site, face-to-face formats for leadership teams and teachers. Training shall include all instruction necessary to effectively implement associated applications. The Offeror must provide comprehensive details regarding eligible participants, training schedules, frequency, and delivery methods.
2) Equipment and Supplies – The Offeror shall furnish all equipment and supplies required for each course. In the event that additional materials are necessary and not provided by the Offeror, a detailed list of such items must be submitted in advance.
3) Instructional Materials and Programs – The Offeror shall provide:
a) All required instructional materials, in digital and/or hardcopy formats;
b) Access to a digital platform, including student access as applicable;
c) Tools for student progress monitoring;
d) A data dashboard for reporting and analytics.
4) Curriculum – The Offeror shall provide a comprehensive range of curriculum-based courses in College and Career/CTE pathways, including advanced course offerings for both primary and secondary grade levels. The curriculum shall include mapping and must align with the New Mexico Standards and applicable CTE program requirements

St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS), through its Virtual Learning Academy, which serves nearly 20,000 students, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, scalable, and equitable Virtual Learning Platform for students in grades K–12.
The District intends to partner with a provider capable of delivering high-quality online learning experiences that improve student achievement, increase graduation success, and support accountability outcomes aligned with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP-6).

Pasadena ISD, which serves nearly 48,000 students district-wide, is looking to obtain responses from vendors that can provide Vocational (CTE) Equipment Supplies and Services for our Career Technical Education Programs. This Contract will be based on a percentage discount from the current catalog, manufacturer’s price list, website, and/or shelf pricing for supplies, equipment, and products. The purpose of this bid is to acquire vendors in
different areas.

Prince William County Public Schools, the second largest school division in the Commonwealth of Virginia, seeks a comprehensive, student-centered College, Career, and Life Readiness (CCLR) Platform System to support K–12 students and their families in academic planning, career exploration, and postsecondary readiness. PWCS requires a solution that addresses the diverse developmental, linguistic, and equity needs of students as they progress through grade levels and prepare for life beyond high school.
This Request for Proposals is issued to establish a contract as a ready source for the procurement of a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) Academic and Career Planning Resource System (hereinafter, either “System” or “system”) for use by K–12 students and their families. The system must be developmentally appropriate, equity-focused, and able to evolve with students as they progress through grade levels.
