This initiative aims to replace existing systems and manual paper-based processes with a single solution provider, delivering a comprehensive, front-to-back integrated experience, including coordination of all required components– Point of Sale (POS), all system software, project management services, implementation services, training services, and ongoing support services. The transition from the current environment shall be executed efficiently, minimizing disruption to students, families and schools.

Wylie ISD is a fast-growing school system in southern Collin County that serves more than 19,000 students in Wylie, as well as families in the nearby communities of Sachse, Murphy, Lucas, Lavon, and St. Paul. The Student Nutrition Department requests proposals from interested and qualified companies to provide a K-12 Student Nutrition Software System to include installation, training, implementation, and maintenance. The prospective company shall have been in business, operating under the same company name and federal tax identification number, for a minimum of five (5) years and shall have experience in selling point-of-sales software to school district Child Nutrition Departments.

The Colorado Charter School Institute (CSI) is a statewide charter school authorizer overseeing 45 schools and over 20,000 students. CSI is seeking an Offeror-hosted Student Information System (SIS) to support interested CSI schools in system administration and enhance consistency and accuracy in data reporting. In addition, the SIS must support all Colorado Department of Education (CDE) reporting requirements. CSI invites proposals from qualified Offerors for a K–12 SIS solution to be hosted by the Offeror and managed by CSI. The selected system must offer robust student data management tools, full support for CDE reporting requirements, and scalable multi-school deployment. CSI will oversee system administration, district-level user access, and training, and will look to the Offeror for implementation, options for data conversion, SIS hosting, technical support, and additional training
