The Affton School District seeks to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the implementation and deployment of a new student information system. The goal of this project is to replace the current student information system with a more modern and flexible solution that meets the needs of staff, students, and parents.

Requirements can be found on pages 9-10 of the RFP document.

RYE Note: After the company is selected based on RFP review, demos, and trial periods; prior to contract agreement the Company must agree to the attached Student Data Privacy Addendum (SDPA) (See Attachment 3). Failure to reach an agreement on the SDPA may result in contract refusal. If modifications are requested via “Exhibit H” they are dependent on approval by the District and SDPC (Student Data Privacy Consortium) review.
