BCPS is soliciting Proposals from qualified Entities for provide transportation routing, planning and management software that supports the day-to-day planning, scheduling and operations. Entities shall provide a fully operational routing and scheduling solution, including configuration, customization, installation, training, testing, system maintenance and update service for all modules offered.
