The District is seeking to provide a cloud-based, online assessment system for Casa Grande Elementary schools, K-5 and Middle Schools 6-8. The District seeks an educational assessment system that can be used for the planning, implementation, and assessment of instruction aligned to the Arizona State Standards for its K-5 and 6-8 schools. The system will provide assessments that allow for measurements of growth from one administration to the next across a single school year as well as multiple school years. Types of assessments must include formative and benchmark and may include interim, adaptive, cumulative, etc. This cloud-based, online assessment solution should be always accessible to stakeholders and instructional planning as well as early intervention/enrichment and progress monitoring, and finally, the system should have the ability to provide remote assessments, securely.
