RFP1244-A Spanish 1-4 Curriculum

Grade Level: 9-12

The Des Moines Public School District, serving approximately 31,000 students, is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) interested in providing the highest quality comprehensive Spanish language curriculum and related services at the lowest cost to the District.

The District is requesting proposals for:
-A comprehensive, high-quality Spanish 1–4 curriculum aligned to national and state standards
-An instructional approach emphasizing:
o Communication (interpretive, interpersonal, presentational)
o Cultural competence and global awareness
o Language proficiency development across levels
o Literacy development in a second language
