It is the intent of this RFP to solicit sealed proposals from qualified business entities to provide a comprehensive selection of K-12 physical education and athletic supplies and equipment including apparel and footwear and team
uniforms.

RYE Note: The successful Respondent may be awarded a contract for a three (3) year term beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 20, 2026 with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
