RFP-2023-120000-02152023 Data Platform and Analytic Solution

Henry County Schools is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and
experienced offerors to provide a Data Platform and Analytic Solution that is
customizable and provides the ability to analyze student, school and district performance through visualizations and reporting. This platform should be an end‐to‐end data solution, providing tools to manage, move, and store data from multiple data sources across multiple years.

RYE Note: The initial term of the contract(s) is for one (1) base year from the execution date of the contract(s), subject to the HCBOE obligating funding for contract continuation. It is anticipated that services will begin on or about June 15, 2023. The contract price must be held for the entire term of the contract.

The contract may contain four (4) one‐year renewal options contingent upon HCS’s offer of such renewal, the successful offeror’s acceptance and the approval of the HCBOE to renew the contract.
