RFP D23-071 Professional Development Management System

Grade Level: K-12

The Hawaii State Department of Education (STATE) is seeking a Professional Development Management System (PDMS) for creating and maintaining a catalog of learning opportunities, managing registration and enrollment, and providing transcripts for all employees. The system shall be a web-based, fully hosted, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that best meets the requirements specified in this RFP. The offeror shall provide all software, training, and implementation and/or maintenance services required to implement and maintain a system for the STATE. The solution must be fully implemented, functional and tested, initial data migrated, administrative training completed, and accessible to end users by October 2, 2023.

RYE Note: The offeror shall have at least four (4) years of experience in providing similar services outlined in the scope of work to a K-12 institution that is equivalent in size to the STATE.
