#10-23 Expanded Learning Information Management System

Grade Level: K-12

The Santa Ana Unified School District seeks a Solution of an integrated Data Management System. The goal of the integrated Data Management System is to be able to support student enrollment in programs at each site. The Offeror’s Solution should be flexible to support multiple sites. Additionally, the data from the Offeror’s Solution will be used to complete state and federal reports.

Data Management partner selected will be expected to provide the following:
• Program Management
• Data Collection/ Monitoring
• Registration
• Enrollment
• Reporting
• Attendance Tracking Features
• Student Sign In/Out Process
• Communication Features
• Professional Development/Training
