The Katy Independent School District is requesting sealed proposals for Fine Arts Theater Art Sets, Supplies, Costumes, Props, Musical Equipment, Musical Supplies, Piano Tuning, Repairs, Dance, Color Guard, Cheer, Visual Art Supplies, Instruments, and Rental Services for the district. The purpose of this proposal is to establish primary resources of direct distributors and vendors of these items. All contract terms must be applicable to any new schools opened or developed during the term of the contract. Purchase orders will be prepared on an as needed basis throughout the year. RYE Note: The term of this contract will be for four years; (1) year with three (3) one-year renewal options.
