#DSD23007 Career Pathways Software Platform

Grade Level: High School

The Dover School District (the “DSD”), SAU#11, of Dover, NH is requesting product and pricing information from qualified vendors to provide a career pathway software platform SAU 11, Dover School District. The selected vendor must provide a product that meets the needs of the DSD, including the ability to track student progress and connect students with relevant career and postsecondary opportunities.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:
• Providing a comprehensive, cloud-based career pathway software platform that meets the needs of our district, including modules related to career exploration, personal finance, connection to Common App, and identification of pathways for college and career for grades 6-12, approximately 2,000 students.
• Providing a single sign on through Clever or Google
• Training district staff on how to use the platform effectively to support student success.
• Providing ongoing technical support and assistance to ensure the platform is functioning properly.
• Providing data tracking and reporting capabilities to monitor student progress and inform district decision-making.
• Working with district staff to customize the platform to meet the specific needs of our students and school communities.

RYE Note: While funding for this project is contingent upon final approval by the New Hampshire Department of Education, the DSD intends to use federal grant funds through Title IV-A. Therefore, the selected vendor is required to assure compliance with certain federal requirements including, but not limited to provisions as outlined in Attachment B – Federal Grant Additional Terms and Conditions. 

The DSD would like to have a soft roll out in late May or early June 2023 to begin a soft implementation in September 2023.
