#5341 – 2023 ELEMENTARY PE CURRICULUM

Grade Level: K-5

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Kenosha Unified School District (the District), is to acquire proposals from qualified Vendors to purchase a standards based elementary physical education curriculum (K-5).

The parameters for the elementary physical education curriculum are:

1. Grade level standards and performance outcomes that are based off The Society of Health and Physical Education.
2. The scope and sequence of the curriculum should be based off of 40-50 minute lessons that take place once a week at each grade level.
3. The curriculum will be utilized at 26 separate elementary schools.

RYE Note: A minimum of three (3) references from other governmental or school district customers must accompany the bid. The "Reference Data Sheet" should be returned with the bid. Additional references may be contacted that are known to the District but not provided by the bidder.
