Mansfield ISD: Curriculum Management

23-018 Curriculum Management Audit Services

Mansfield Independent School District is requesting proposals from firms to perform a curriculum management audit. This audit should determine if the district’s adopted board policies and implemented educational programs/services are aligned to effectively deliver educational programs to students in a manner which optimizes the district’s human and financial resources, advances student learning, and provides sufficient data for program/service improvement.

Scope:
1) Audit will examine Mansfield Independent School District’s existing curriculum design and management process for strengths, weaknesses, and best practice implementation across all levels of the school system.

2) Audit process will include relevant document collection and review, interviews with staff and stakeholders, and data analyses of collected information.

3) Audit recommendations should identify deviations from accepted management principles and practices standards and formulate research-based recommendations for program improvement.

RYE Note: Mansfield ISD is a member of several Inter-Local Purchasing Alliance entities of North Texas and Central Texas. This is an alliance of school districts in North Texas and the Central Texas area that share in information, services and contractual opportunities. The Proposer has the option to extend services to other EPCNT or CTPA Member Districts. However, there is no obligation on either party to participate unless both parties agree. Services would be provided under the same contract pricing and purchasing terms established by this Solicitation.
