#27-02PV Web Content and/or Mass Notification System

1GPA, a non-profit cooperative, along with Paradise Valley USD, the lead agency, which currently enrolls 26,000 students, aims to establish a contract with highly qualified contractor(s) to provide a web content management system and/or a mass notification system for 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members) as needed.
This solicitation is for a web content management system and/or mass notification system solution(s) that may be provided via cloud/SaaS, hosted, or on-premises deployment models. Related services such as implementation, training, maintenance, on-going support, and all other required services are included. Offerors may propose one or both solution types. The mass notification system may be proposed as an integrated component of the web content management system or as a stand-alone product. See detailed Scope of Work beginning on page 4.
