The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is seeking proposals for a districtwide Universal ID Badge System to serve approximately 36,000 students across 52 schools, providing full-color, two-sided badges with student photos, names, barcodes, and school logos. The solution must include all hardware, software, training, and support, while ensuring secure integration with existing systems such as transportation, nutrition, student information, library, and emergency response.
